Janael is an Analyst and is based in Shanghai. Prior to joining Thrive Alternatives, she was part of the advisory team at UBS Private Funds Group and Lazard Private Capital Advisory.

At Thrive Alternatives, apart from the regular interactions with the GPs, Janael works closely with the team for the analysis and development of materials instrumental for fund-raising efforts across the Asia Pacific. She is also supporting the team on project management of primaries and secondaries transactions.

She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Singapore Management University. Ever a seeker of things novel and new, her latest personal forays outside of work are into salsa dancing and rollerblading.
