Charles Jones

Charles is an Vice President based in London. At Thrive Alternatives, he is responsible for evaluating and executing primary and secondary private markets mandates, in addition to managing client and investor relationships through fundraising projects.

Prior to joining Thrive Alternatives, Charles was a member of the manager research team at Aon Investments. He was responsible for screening, evaluating, and executing primary, secondary, fund of funds, and co-investment strategies on behalf of Aon’s global client base. His primary focus was European-based private equity managers, while also supporting the global private equity team with underwriting processes for US- and Asia-based funds. In addition, Charles managed relationships with UK- and European-based clients.

In his spare time, Charles likes to stay active as a keen participant in sports such as football, golf, and—where possible—snowboarding.
