Dewi Made is a Marketing Associate based in Barcelona. She supports Thrive’s global operations and cross-border team coordination, ensuring smooth execution, efficient project management, and day-to-day operational excellence.

Before joining Thrive, Dewi worked at the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), the sovereign wealth fund of Indonesia, and at Creador, a private equity firm, where she supported senior executives and investment teams on operational and administrative initiatives. After relocating to Spain, she served as Administration Manager at Aeromedical and Marine, a global medical escort and transport company based in Barcelona.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Indonesia.

Originally from Indonesia, Dewi now lives in Barcelona, where she enjoys starting her mornings with a cortado, volunteering at a local dog shelter, and exploring the city’s hidden corners.
