Elizabeth Oh

Elizabeth leads Thrive’s business development and investor engagement in Korea. She brings over 30 years of experience across alternative investments, portfolio advisory, and institutional relationship management. Known for her deep market insight and trusted allocator relationships, she also contributes to manager selection and portfolio construction across asset classes and geographies.

Prior to joining Thrive, Elizabeth was Investment & Pension Business Leader at Mercer, where she spent over a decade advising Korean asset owners, financial institutions, foundations, and family offices. Before that, she served as Director and Regional Client Sales Manager at Citibank’s Investor Services division, developing the firm’s business in Korea and Japan, and worked as a Vice President of Capital Markets at Mizuho Corporate Bank.

She holds a Bachelor of Law from Ewha Womans University.
