Emilia Sawicka is an Analyst based in London. She supports fundraising and advisory projects across Thrive’s global private markets platform, with a focus on manager selection, execution, and investor engagement.

BeforeThrive, Emilia worked in private capital advisory at Campbell Lutyens and investment banking at Financial Technology Partners, and completed multiple M&A internships across London and Berlin. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in Management from Imperial College Business School. Fluent in English and Polish, she is also conversational in Spanish. Outside of work, Emilia enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and staying active through hiking, tennis, yoga, skiing, and golf.
