Hellen Jie

Hellen brings a capital allocator's perspective to private markets advisory, with experience spanning fund due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and manager selection across buyout, private credit, venture and secondaries.

Prior to joining Thrive, Hellen served as Investment Manager at a single family office, where she oversaw a multi-asset portfolio and led end-to-end investment processes from sourcing through closing. Earlier in her career, she worked across Indonesia's early-stage venture ecosystem, supporting angel investors, corporate venture programs, and impact finance initiatives.

Hellen holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney. Outside of work, she is an avid tennis player.
