Hui Jia is a Client Services Manager at Thrive Alternatives. She focuses on client engagement and business growth, with a passion for building meaningful connections and fostering long-term partnerships across Thrive’s global platform.

Before joining Thrive, Hui Jia was part of the Client Solutions team at Cambridge Associates, where she supported business development efforts across Asia and worked closely with institutional and private clients on tailored investment solutions. Earlier in her career, she served as a Junior Relationship Manager at Alto Partners, a multi-family office, supporting client servicing, investment structuring, and fundraising activities.

Hui Jia holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) with Honours from Nanyang Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through Pilates and exploring new cuisines and destinations.
