Kevin Moon

Kevin focuses on business development and investor coverage across Korea for Thrive, connecting Korean institutional investors with global alternative asset managers in private markets.

Prior to joining Thrive, Kevin spent over five years at Blufin Advisory, where he focused on private market fundraising and investor engagement across Asia. Over the course of his career, he has worked on a broad range of fundraising processes spanning North American and European strategies across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in global markets and venture capital through roles at UniCredit Bank and InterVest.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is fluent in Korean and English, with conversational Mandarin and basic Cantonese.During his leisure time, he enjoys rave music and golf.
