Lynn provides fundraising support at Thrive Alternatives. She has 5 years’ experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Thrive, she was a marketing assistant at Eaton Partners, a leading placement agent, providing distribution, origination and administrative support to the entire team. Before that, she worked as sales assistant in Total, a French petroleum company.

Lynn holds a Masters in German Language and Literature degree from Shanghai International Studies University. She is fluent in Mandarin, English and German.

Lynn grew up in the archipelago city of Zhoushan in China. She enjoys reading recipes and cooking Chinese food.
