Pavan A. Gupte

Pavan has helped build and grow Alternatives investment businesses in London, Singapore, Mumbai and Dubai. 

As a Fund Manager, he has been on various Investment and Management Committees in global firms such as Gartmore Private Equity, Hermes GPE and CVCI Private Equity since 2001 managing capital (under full discretion) for clients including RBS Pension Plan, British Telecom Pension Scheme, Nationwide Insurance and Citi Private Bank. He has been a Member of Advisory Boards of European and Asian Funds and an Independent Advisor to Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, Pantheon Ventures and multiple Family Offices on investments across all private market strategies - Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure. As an Operating Partner, he has helped Private Equity firms focus on key needle-moving, value-added drivers within portfolio companies. 

Currently he is focused on 2 things - helping two teenage daughters become caring, kind human beings; and building a compounding, high-alpha generating portfolio investing globally in public and private markets via stocks, options, funds and coinvestments.
