Siyu provides finance and operations support at Thrive Alternatives. She has 5 years of experience in the private equity industry, with a strong focus on fund operations and financial management. Prior to joining Thrive, Siyu worked at PwC as a Senior Auditor, where she specialized in providing assurance services to clients across the asset management, real estate, and financial services sectors. Her experience has given her deep familiarity with fund structures, operational finance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Siyu holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. She is skilled in financial reporting, audit management, and operational process improvement, and brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to her work at Thrive.
