Xijiang Fei

Xijiang Fei is a Senior Analyst based in Singapore, responsible for executing primary and secondary fundraisings and supporting manager relationships across Asia Pacific.

Before Thrive, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at Lend East, where he focused on mid-market private credit transactions and developed expertise in origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Xijiang holds a Master’s in Finance with First Class Distinction from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sichuan Agricultural University.

A lifelong music enthusiast, he has been playing the electric guitar for almost a decade and enjoys exploring new sounds and ideas through performance and composition. He is also an avid tennis player.
