Si Ya Lim is an Analyst and is based in Singapore. She joined Thrive Alternatives in 2023 as an Intern and transitioned to a full-time role upon graduation from university. At Thrive Alternatives, Si Ya is responsible for evaluating and executing primary and secondary private markets mandates in addition to managing client and investor relationships through fundraising projects.

Prior to joining Thrive, she was an intern the accounting team at Norbreeze Group. During her internship there, she gained significant practical knowledge and skills in examining and evaluating financial statements.

Si Ya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialisation in Finance and a second major in Economics from National University of Singapore (NUS) and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

In her free time, she enjoys doing Pilates.
