Avery works as a product manager at Thrive, where she helps to translate great business ideas into awesome applications.

Avery started her career in real estate consulting and investment management with a focus on technology investments in public equities and private equity fund managers. She later decided to pursue her true passion as a woman in tech and became a full-stack developer where she led and built a number of web, mobile and AR/VR solutions across a range of industries. Now she combines her business know-how with hands-on coding experience, pushing the boundaries of what can be done and unlocking new efficiencies for Thrive and its clients.
