Jing brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking, portfolio management and structured finance. She is responsible for the overall operations of the firm.

Before co-founding Thrive, Jing originated private investment opportunities for Nomura Securities in Hong Kong, managed private investment portfolios for UBS in Beijing and raised hundreds of millions of new capital for multiple fund managers. Jing worked with the other Thrive co-founders during her investment banking career in Hong Kong.

Jing was born and educated in China, trained in the US and has spent her career working in Beijing, Hong Kong and now Boston. She holds an LLB Degree from Peking University, an LLM and JSD Degree from Yale Law School. Outside work, she is a passionate book lover, a dedicated community volunteer, an on-and-off power walker and a tireless tiger mom.
